Loved the massive grounds with beautiful gardens and ample walking tracks around the lagoon. The lagoon view room offered generous space, and the ambience of the alfresco dining area was lovely. Happy hour drinks were a great addition to our evenings by the pool. the room showed signs of wear, particularly with dated furniture and a need for modernisation. The restaurant food was a bit average, not quite meeting our expectations, especially considering the price. Accessing the beach was a short distance away but required navigating through some forest areas. Enjoyed having multiple pool options, but the pool temperature was not as warm as expected. All in all, still a relaxing stay, but some upgrades would enhance the experience.

Fantastic views and loads of space!
So we stayed in a super spacious penthouse with stunning views of the golf course. Loved hanging out at the outdoor dining area, perfect for breakfast. But man, the balcony needs a good scrub. really enjoyed our two nights, just some areas could be fresher.

The gardens are meticulously maintained and give the place that resort vibe, with interesting landscaping that adds to the ambiance. The BBQs are a great idea for those looking to cook outdoors, lending a nice touch to the experience.
The accommodations are showing their age, with furniture needing replacement and a general lack of upkeep like stuck doors and leaking taps. During my stay, I encountered a broken TV in the lounge, a less-than-stellar cleanliness with dirty fly screens, and inconsistent cleaning service—some days, no beach towels were provided. The restaurant pricing and menu were disappointing, resembling more of a pub than a finer dining experience, especially given the limited service. Finally, the beach access on property isn't safe for swimming, which should be mentioned more clearly.

The real deal or a total steal?
The room was roomy and comfortable, featuring a great large balcony with superb tropical views. Breakfast at the restaurant was yummy and set a relaxed tone for our stay.
On the downside, the parking situation can be inconvenient, making it a hassle after a long day out.

Had a lovely time in a spacious room with a comfy bed and great shower. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, there weren't any luggage trolleys available, which made getting our bags to the room a bit tricky. 😊

Pacific Bay Resort is a wonderful place to unwind. The full kitchen facilities in our one-bedroom apartment made meals easy, and we particularly enjoyed soaking in the large double bath after a long day. The proximity to several pools and a beautiful beach created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Plus, the range of activities available is impressive, from walks to golf to health spa options.
